Sewing helps you develop fine motor skills, improves your focus and concentration and teaches the importance of patience and self control.  Knowing personal boundaries, increasing skill, achieving tangible goals while working outside your comfort zone all support the development of confidence and self-esteem.

Jenny Condon
I am loving the opportunities in life to do whatever I want to do.  I am a wife, mother and grandmother and I have always expressed a creative spirit wherever God has led me.  I went to college at the same time as my children, completing a certificate in ministry, bachelor's degree in business management and a master's degree in education.  I learned to sew in 7th grade home economics and spent every babysitting dollar earned on patterns and fabrics, making most of my own clothing.  Everything in my life has led me toward this dream.  I teach along side my high school bestie, Donna, and we are having so much fun together.  We are having so much fun together and we are truly blessed and honored to be a part of your child's creative development

Donna Moothart
I am newly retired from a 30+ year accounting profession and I am a proud mama of 2 daughters and   It was my love for babysitting gigs as a teen that led me to teaching kids' church, Sunday School and VBS over the years.  My affection for sewing comes from my own mom, who was a home economics major and a master-seamstress and quilter.  Full disclosure - I did not inherit her mastery!  But I was fortunate to learn from her, the basics of sewing, how to mend a favorite blouse, and enjoy fun projects such as curtains and costumes.  Now, today, her passion for sewing lives within my heart as I work towards a hobby making quilts as well teaching the next generation The Art of Sewing.  Retirement is glorious!
